She is popularly known as Ashley Dewitt on Hannah Montana, Ella on Camp Rock and Miracle on Cake TV.
She was born in San Francisco and raised by her Filipino parents in San Francisco. At the age of 13 and without any showbiz background, Anna Maria Perez sent her audition tape to Disney hoping to clinch the roles either Lily or Hannah. Artie, her dad initially opposed to this plan for he knew that the competition is going to be stiff knowing how high the rejection rate in Hollywood. But she really has a showbiz bloodline being the granddaughter of Silvia Latorre.
