Smoking Kills…

Smoking kills! That’s a fact. It may not kill you right away the moment you put your cigarette on your mouth. But as you puff, every cigarette you’re taking is taking away 15 minutes of your life. Three forth of the top 10 causes of death in the world is caused by smoking. These are coronary heart disease, stroke, lower respiratory infections, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, AIDS, tuberculosis, lung cancer, premature child birth.

If you love your life, decide to quit smoking now. There are therapies and medications that will help you quit smoking. An effective way is the Nicotine Replacement Therapy which helps smoker stop using cigarettes to get nicotine.
